Water for the 21st Century: Vision to Action - South America

This report represents a Vision for water management in South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela) in the year 2025 and a Framework For Action for realising the goals of the vision. The water Vision and Framework For Action have been developed by professionals of the region by means of a process involving regional stakeholder meetings over the last year, coordinated and led by SAMTAC.
