A food secure world for all: Towards a new vision and strategy for the CGIAR

This document summarizes the rationale as to why the CGIAR is revising its vision and strategy
and describes the motivation behind the proposed changes. These include the need for more
effective approaches to reducing poverty and responding to changes in the external environment
in which the CGIAR operates.
