Trade, Climate Change and Sustainable Development: Key Issues for Developing Countries

This document was originally prepared for the Multistakeholder Dialogue on Trade and Climate Change: Key Issues for Developing Countries, September 2‐3 in Port‐Louis, Mauritius, organised by ICTSD and the Commonwealth Secretariat and co‐hosted by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of Mauritius. The paper is also meant to provide an input for consideration at the Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting to be held in October 2008. Contributors to the paper include experts and analysts from various institutions in the developed and the developing countries.
