Terms of Reference for the Board of Directors of Mountain Forum

Document with the terms of reference from the directors of the MF Board. It contains the terms, funtions and powers, election criteria of Chairperson, voting rights, frequency of Board Meetings, expenses and board procedures.



The Board of the Mountain Forum consists of "Members" as follows:

• One representative from each of the six organizations hosting regional or global nodes: a total of 6 representatives.
  
• One elected representative resident in each of the following regions: Africa, Asia, Latin America, and countries in transition in the European region: a total of 4 representatives.
  
• Representatives of major donor agencies are invited as non-voting members.
