Global Water Partnership signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International WaterCentre (IWC) in Australia last year. As part of the collaboration, the two organisations are implementing a joint scholarship to support female water leaders from developing countries in their post-graduate studies on Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM).
Reba Paul from Bangladesh was awarded the first GWP-IWC scholarship in 2013, and from 2014 there will be a second scholarship opportunity at IWC through the GWP - Ken Thiess Memorial Scholarship Fund.
