Implementing HELP on the Jequetepeque watershed, Peru a report to the IHP

This report presents findings of an evaluation of the Jequetepeque Watershed in Peru with respect to its suitability as a HELP Basin and suggests a preliminary strategy for implementing HELP on the watershed.
