Join the MRI's Mountain Mixer at EGU!

It's almost that time of year again...EGU is just around the corner!

After long days of meetings, talks and presentations, it'll be time to unwind. Come share your new ideas, contacts and enthusiasm with other mountain researchers at the MRI's Mountain Mixer on Wednesday, 20 April 2016 from 7:00-8:00 PM. The mixer will take place in Room 2.83 of the Austria Center Vienna, just after the oral and poster session about "Mountain climates: processes, change and related impacts".  

Why are we inviting you? Your presentations and posters address the myriad aspects of mountain enviroments, many of which are likely to change with continuing global change. If you are not directly studying mountains, then you are probably addressing issues, such as health and disease, or advancing perspectives, such as social-ecological systems, that we find essential for mountain environments. We would like you to share these new ideas and perspective with other global change researchers.

• Participating in the MRI Mountain Mixer is FREE but we have an unusual sign-up procedure to help ensure real participation.
