DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF WMF ABSTRACTS FEBRUARY 28TH

On February 28 , the deadline to submit abstracts and participate in the World Mountain Forum (WMF for its acronym in English ) , to be held on 23 and 24 May in Cusco, Peru .

The listing of the selected presentations will be published on March 10 , where the elect will have more 20 days to make a final version of what I made ​​on the scheduled days .

In 2014 WMF local, regional and international experiences of the actors will be discussed in relation to the mountains , to do four key themes were identified: 1) Family Agriculture , Water and food security , 2 ) Climate change , 3) mountain Cities and 4) mountain Communities , however the complexity of the issues led to establish priority issues which participants can meet.

The presentation material can be in the form of paper, poster or audiovisual , according to the receipt of material WMF 2014 organizing committee will be responsible for planning the order of the sessions .
